Idaho No.43 Tee
Our third offering in the "Welcome to the Union" Series, the "Idaho- No.43, 1890" Shirt is dedicated to my wife's beloved Gem State, the ever-lovely Idaho.
Idaho was originally settled in 1842 and became the 43rd state on July 3, 1890. That is good timing, because fireworks are usually cheap right before Independence Day, so I bet they had a kick-butt celebration to honor their new statehood. Since then it has become home to lots of awesome things, although I am uncertain what most of those are because my wife is at work and I have not spent enough time there to be your tour guide. However, I can tell you that it was 108 degrees the day of our wedding, so if Idaho has plenty of anything, it's heat.
This just in- my wife is home from work and she says there are lots of awesome things that come from Idaho. For example, heat. Just kidding. But really, they grow a lot of potatoes, which everyone loves. There is no Z in Boise. And Idaho has all four seasons, which is pretty much the same as Oregon, where we have "rain", "rainier", "rainiest", and "most rainy ever". So I totally get it.
This shirt features white American-made ink printed on a super-soft heather black American Apparel 50/50 unisex/men's cotton-poly t-shirt (see sizing HERE).
These shirts are made to order; please allow 10 days from time of order for your shirt to ship. Also, check out the other states we offer in this series; the list may change each time you visit.
